I may be in love!
Hexagons...who knew they would be so cute and easy?
But there was a trial & error time for me until I found the method that worked for me.
Supplies:
Purchased hexagon templates (1 inch hexs), precut 2 1/2 inch squares, & basting glue
Trial #1:
Finger press or using a pressing tool to fold the edge over the template.
Add a dot of glue at each corner.
Remove the template now or when sewing together.
Error #1:
The templates are now glued to the fabric!
Trial #2:
Using a mini iron, iron the edges down around the template.
Using a dot of glue in the center of the template and fabric helps hold it in place.
Remove the template and then add the glue dots to each corner.
SUCCESS!!!!
